Pukke see off CUT

The win was Pukke's fourth of the tournament as they closed in on a top four spot going into the final round of fixtures.

The two teams felt each other out in the first 20 minutes with no one able to score any points before the first strategy break.

However, the team from Potch soon found a bit of rhythm in the game and scored two tries in the next ten minutes to take a 14-0 at the half hour mark.

There would be no further scoring in the half with Pukke taking a 14-point lead into the break.

Three minutes into the second half, Pukke pulled away when they scores a nine-point try to go 25-0 up.

The last 30 minutes was entertaining as both teams scored two tries, with Pukke adding an extra penalty to win by a 30-point margin.
